Every Restora order is backed by a 30-Day Comfort Guarantee. Try the product as part of your normal routine, and if it's genuinely not the right fit, you can return it within the guarantee window.

How returns work

To start a return, contact us at support@restoracollection.com with your order number and we'll walk you through the next steps. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Once your return is received and checked, we'll process your refund to your original payment method.

Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order ships, delivery generally takes 5-8 business days within the United States. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way, so you can follow it the whole way.
