30-Day Comfort Guarantee

Every Restora order is covered by our 30-Day Comfort Guarantee. If a product genuinely isn't the right fit within 30 days of delivery, you can return it for a refund.

How returns work

To start a return, contact us at support@restoracollection.com with your order number and we will walk you through the next steps.

Returns may be subject to a restocking fee, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us at support@restoracollection.com and we will make it right at no cost to you.
